There has been a significant increase in global concerns surrounding COVID-19 over the past week. After very careful consideration, QRCA has decided to postpone the 2020 Worldwide Conference on Qualitative Research planned for May 20-22 in Brussels, Belgium.

The safety of attendees and their families is of paramount importance. With rapidly evolving news about the status of COVID-19, our best option is to postpone. QRCA is investigating early fall dates and more information will be available soon.

We wish to extend our heartfelt gratitude to the planning committee for the incredible efforts they have invested in this event. We are also grateful to everyone who has already registered and those looking forward to attending this wonderful biennial conference.

Sincerely,
Chris Kann, Worldwide Conference Chair and Kelly Heatly, QRCA President

Qualitative research and study have been around for hundreds of years. While we may have altered how we perform the practice, the founding philosophy has not changed. Join the Qualitative Research Consultants Association (QRCA), in collaboration with the Association for Qualitative Research (AQR), in Brussels as we gather for a master class on the foundation of qualitative research to help us embrace our future as researchers. Attendees will have the opportunity to connect with colleagues from across the globe and be inspired by some of the biggest thinkers in the industry.

Other events may tend to focus on the client, but the Worldwide Conference is for researchers and about research. Attendees eagerly await this biennial event, looking forward to connecting with global colleagues while having inspiring conversations about theories and practice. Join us in Brussels and be prepared to be inspired!
